“She Only Wore a Shirt to the Funeral” is finally FREE on Amazon.com!
I don’t know whether it was the repeated price match requests which I and others have submitted, or my email to Amazon two weeks after we’d started requesting the price matches, but this story is now free on Amazon as I’d always intended for it to be. I’m really happy, and it’s climbing the charts. As I write this, there’ve been 34 free downloads and it’s only been a couple hours since it was flipped to free.
Hopefully, folks enjoy it! If you’ve got a Kindle and haven’t decided if you want to try out any of my fiction yet, this is your opportunity. It went from #8,159 free on Kindle store at 0110 to #5,162 at 0210, and I’d love to see it break into the top thousand.

In the meantime, I’ve been working on the revamp of “Cupid’s Armorer”. I’m very pleased with the new opening, and I’m working on figuring out how to generate a table of contents that the Kindle will actually respect. Once that’s done, I’ll upload the new edition, and anyone who’s already bought Cupid’s Armorer will be able to download the new one for no additional charge.
