One may wonder what an erotica author is doing making a tribute post to the man, but his work was central to the visual styling of “Alien” and “Species”. Aside from my watching the Alien series a lot as a kid and young adult, his later work “Species” influenced my most popular series, “Progenitor” when I asked myself, “What if Species 2 hadn’t been a horror movie?”
The world will be a little poorer without him.
